1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Day You Die mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the application.

2. Entertainment & Educational Purpose Disclaimer

CRITICAL NOTICE: Day You Die is an entertainment and novelty application. The calculations, countdown clocks, and life expectancy estimates displayed in the app are based on statistical demographic averages (such as WHO actuarial tables) and lifestyle modifiers. They DO NOT predict actual mortality, are not scientifically absolute, and do not constitute medical, psychological, health, or life planning advice.

You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on the information generated by the app is solely at your own risk. We assume no responsibility or liability for any emotional distress, anxiety, decisions, or actions taken by you based on the countdown or calculations provided by the app.

3. End User License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Day You Die app on compatible mobile devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these terms. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.

4. In-App Purchases & Refunds

Transactions for "Premium Fate" are processed through third-party platform stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). Payments are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective stores. All refunds are managed and decided by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to download and use this application. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental consent to use this app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer (Paul Lemandroiu / Libidinous Jelly) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, anxiety, loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this application.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
